【摘要】 目的 :探讨针刺水沟穴在治疗功能性遗尿症中的作用。方法 :将 1 2 0例功能性遗尿症患儿随机分为水沟组 60例 ,百会组 3 0例 ,常规组 3 0例 ,均治疗 3个疗程。结果 :水沟组愈显率和易唤醒率均明显优于常规组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且易唤醒率迅速改善最优 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :治疗功能性遗尿症应醒脑清神与补益脾肾并重 ,应重视水沟穴的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of Shuigou (GV 26) in treatment of functional enuresis. Methods 120 children of functional enuresis were randomly divided into Shuigou group ( n =60 cases), Baihui group ( n =30 cases) and routine group ( n =30 cases), and they were treated for 3 therapeutic courses. Results Both the cured rate and the easily awaking rate in the Shuigou group were significantly superior to those in the routine group respectively ( P <0 01), with the quickest improvement in the easily awaking rate ( P <0 01). Conclusion Refreshing and tonifying the spleen and the kidney are equal important, and the role of Shuigou point should be paid attention in treatment of functional enuresis.更多还原
