【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗胃病的最佳腧穴组方法。方法:以乙醇造成大鼠胃粘膜损伤后,动态观察针刺“足三里”不同组穴对模型胃粘膜组织学及超微结构的影响。结果:“足三里”不同配穴均可减轻急性胃粘膜损伤。结论:在各穴组中,以“足三里”+“内关”斗“中脘”组效果最好,可考虑做为治疗胃病的基本方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into effects of acupuncture at different groups of acupoints on morphology of gastric mucosa in the rat of acute injury of gastric mucosa. Methods Effects of acupuncture at "Zusanli" (ST 36) combined with different groups of acupoints on histology and mocrostructure of gastric mucosa were dynamically investigated in the rat of acute injury of gastric mucosa induced by alcohol. Results Acupuncture at "Zusanli" combined with different groups of acupoints all could relieve acute injury of gastric mucosa. Conclusion Among the different groups of acupoints, the "Zusanli" (ST 36) + "Neiguan" (PC 6) + "Zhongwan" (CV 12) group has the best therapeutic effect, which can be considered as basic recipe for treatment of gastric diseases.更多还原
