穴位标本断面图像配准方法的研究
Study on aligning methods of cross-section image of acupoint sample
【摘要】 目的:为揭示穴位的立体形态结构,提供穴位的相关精细形态图像资料。方法:采用人体定穴标本的断面切割方法,结合计算机图像的采集、处理和配准方法。结果:建立人体标定穴位后的逐层断面解剖图片库(1058张),研究了穴位断面的定轴配准的免配准、内轴中心配准、相邻图片配准和模式识别方法,为穴位断面标本图像处理提供了较详细的分析和处理方法。结论:为穴位的三维重构研究和其他相关的系统形态学研究奠定基础。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore steric morphological constructions of acupoints and provide correlative fine morphological image of acupoints. Methdos Cutting method of cross-section of human acupoint-lccated sample was used in combination with the methods of collection, processing and aligning methods of computer image. Results Set up human point-marked lay-by-lay cross-section anatomic image bank (1058 pieces), and studied on the methods of no-alignment of fixed-axis alignment, internal axis central alignment, the alignment of neighbouring pictures and pattern recognition of acupoint cross-section, and provided more detail analysis and treating methods for processing of images of acupoint cross-section samples. Conclusion Lay a foundation for the study on three-dimension reconstruction study and other correlative systematic morphological studies.
