【Abstract】 In this paper, a new paper formation index-wavelet index (WIn) is put forward when the express of paper formation is combined with the wavelet multi- r esolution analysis(MRA) technology. Experiments indicate that this index is quit e sensitive to the shape, size and distribution of the flocculate in the paper b asis weight image, and paper formation can be expressed digitally very well.更多还原
