黑曲霉An-76粗酶液的分离纯化及对漂白麦草浆的酶法改性
Separation and Purification of Crude Enzymes from Asperillus Nigers An-76 and Enzymatic Modification of Bleached Wheat Straw Pulp
【摘要】 利用色谱技术 ,从黑曲霉An 76粗酶液中分离出 2个内切纤维素酶和 3个内切木聚糖酶。研究表明 ,纤维素酶对麦草浆有增强和助滤的作用 ,木聚糖酶则具有降低纸浆脆性的作用。若二者混合使用 ,则对纸浆性能的改善更为有效
【Abstract】 Three pure endo-β-xylanases and two pure endo-β-cellula ses were obta ined by use of chromatography methods and applied to treat the bleached wheat st raw pulp The results showed that the fragility property of wheat straw pulp de c reased greatly after xylanase treatment while cellulase treatment improved the d rainability of the pulp If the pulp was treated with a mixturer of the two enz y mes in proportion, the pulp characteristics could be improved more effectively
