甘草酸二伪麻黄碱盐的解热及抗炎作用
Antipyretic and anti-inflammatory actions of dipseudoephedrine glycyrrhizinate
【摘要】 目的 研究甘草酸二伪麻黄碱盐 (DPG)的解热及抗炎作用。方法 用白百破三联菌苗制备家兔发热模型 ,观察DPG对家兔肛温的影响 ;分别用角叉菜胶、弗氏完全佐剂、棉球法造成大鼠炎症模型 (以肿胀程度、肉芽肿重为指标 ) ,观察DPG对各类炎症反应的抑制作用和免疫器官重量的变化 ;以荧光光度法和紫外分光光度法检测局部炎症介质的含量。结果 DPG能明显降低致热家兔的肛温 ;DPG对急性和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ;可以使局部炎症介质前列腺素E2(PGE2 )、五羟色胺 ( 5 HT)、组胺 (His)的含量明显降低。结论 DPG有较好的解热、抗炎效果 ,DPG抑制局部炎症介质含量可能是其抗炎作用的机制之一
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the antipyretic action and anti inflammatory action of DPG.METHODS The antipyretic action of DPG was evaluated in pyretic rabbits and the anti inflammatory effect of DPG on inflammatory models induced by carrageen,Freund’s complete adjuvant and cotton pellet.The inhibition by DPG of various inflammatory reactions such as swelling degree,weight of granuloma and changes in weight of immune organs were observed in the swelling footpad of rats.The levels of prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2),histamine (His) and 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) were detected by RF 540 and UV 265.RESULTS DPG reduced significantly the anus temperature of rabbit and inhibited acute and chronic inflammatory reactions ( P <0.01) in rats and reduced the levels of PGE 2,5 HT and His in swelling footpad of rats.CONCLUSION DPG has obvious antipyretic and anti inflammatory actions,and its active mechanisms may be related to inhibiting inflammatory meadators.
