野蔷薇根化学成分的研究
Studies on the constituents of Rosa multiflora
【摘要】 目的 对野蔷薇根的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用乙醇提取、溶剂萃取、柱色谱、重结晶等从蔷薇科植物野蔷薇的根中提取分离活性成分 ,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果 自野蔷薇根醇提物中又分得 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为阿江酸 ( 1) ,sericoside ( 2 ) ,ilexosideB ( 3) ,4 ,4′ ,6′ 三羟基双氢查耳酮 ( 4 ) ,( + )儿茶素 ( 2R ,3S) ( 5 )。结论 5个化合物均为首次从野蔷薇根中分到
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the constituents from Rosa multiflora Thunb.METHODS It was extracted with ethanol,distributed by different solvents,isolated and purified via column chromatography on silica gel,Rp 18 gel and MCI gel CHP 20P,respectively.Their structures were elucidated based on spectral evidences.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and five compounds were identified as ajunic acid (1),sericoside (2),ilexoside B (3),4,4′,6′ trihydroxy dihydrochalcone (4) and (+) catechin (2 R,3S ) (5).CONCLUSION All of five compounds were isolated from Rosa multiflora for the first time.
