【摘要】 目的　研究中药绵马贯众的化学成分。方法　用硅胶和凝胶柱色谱进行分离 ,根据理化性质、波谱特征鉴定结构。结果　从其甲醇提取物中分离并鉴定了 6个化合物 :二十六烷酸 (Ⅰ ) ,二十五烷醇 (Ⅱ ) ,nerolidol(Ⅲ ) ,东北贯众素 (Ⅳ ) ,黄绵马酸AB(Ⅴ ) ,蔗糖 (Ⅵ )。结论　Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅵ为首次从鳞毛蕨属植物中得到 ,Ⅴ为首次从绵马贯众中分离得到单体更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Dryopteris crassirhizoma.METHODS The column chromatography of silica gel and sephadex were used to isolate those constituents.IR, 1H-NMR and MS were used to identify the compounds.RESULTS Six compounds were obtained and identified as hexacosanic acid(Ⅰ),pentacosanol(Ⅱ),nerolidol(Ⅲ),dryocrassin ABBA(Ⅳ),flavaspidic acid AB(Ⅴ) and (Ⅵ).CONCLUSION The compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅵ were isolated from Dryopterisgenus for the first time.The compound Ⅴ was isolated from Dryopteris crassirhizoma for the first time.更多还原
