银杏叶中酚酸类化合物的研究
Studies on long-chain phenolic acids from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba
【摘要】 目的 研究银杏 (GinkgobilobaL .)叶中酚酸类化合物 ,为其提取物的质量控制提供依据。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱和反相高效液相色谱进行分离 ,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 从银杏叶中分离得到 4个酚酸类化合物 (Ⅰ Ⅳ ) ,通过波谱分析 ,分别鉴定为 :6 ( 13碳烷 ) 水杨酸 (Ⅰ )、6 ( 8′Z 15碳烯 ) 水杨酸 (Ⅱ )、6 ( 8′Z ,11′Z 17碳二烯 ) 水杨酸 (Ⅲ )和 6 ( 10′Z 17碳烯 ) 水杨酸 (Ⅳ )。结论 化合物Ⅲ为首次从银杏叶中获得
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the long-chain phenolic acids from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.collected from Annong county in Guizhou province.METHODS The compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel and HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.RESULTS Four phenolic acids were isolated.Their structures were elucidated as 6-tridecyl-salicylic acid(Ⅰ), 6-(8′Z-pentadecenyl)-salicylic acid(Ⅱ),6- (8′Z,11′Z-heptadecadienyl)-salicylic acid(Ⅲ) and 6-(10′Z-heptadecenyl)-salicylic acid(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅲ was isolated from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. for the first time.
