【摘要】 目的　提供一个改进的测定有机化合物绝对立体构型的方法。方法　利用计算机来取代将符合八区规则化合物的结构放入后四区中的手工操作。结果　分别完成了 4个化合物的绝对构型测定的改进工作 ,大大地提高了该测定工作的精确度。结论　可半定量地测定带羰基的环状化合物的绝对立体构型更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To improve a method to determine the a bs olute configuration of organic compounds.METHODS To replace manual operation of putting structures of organic compounds which accord with oc tant rule to back four district picture by computer.RESULTS It was the improved method to determine the absolute configuration of four org anic compounds.The precision of this determination was improved greatly.CONCLUSION The absolute configuration of cyclic compounds with carbo nyl group could be determined by this method semi quantitatively.更多还原
