γ-闪烁扫描法确定替硝唑结肠释放片人体内释药部位的研究
Study on disintegration site of tinidazol tablets for colonic drug deli very by gamma scintigraphy
【摘要】 目的 确定替硝唑结肠释放片在人体内释药部位。方法 以氧化钐为标记物 ,利用γ 闪烁扫描技术对替硝唑结肠释放片在人体内的释药部位进行跟踪监测。结果 替硝唑结肠释放片在 2名志愿者胃肠道内的崩解部位均为升结肠 ,药片崩解时间为 7～ 8h。结论 替硝唑结肠释放片在人体胃肠道内具有结肠定位释药效果 ,达到了预期的设计目的
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the disintegration site of c olonic drug delivery tablets in the gastrointestinal tract.METHOD The tablets lablled with 153 Sm,using tinidazole as the model dru g,were administered by two healthy male volunteers and then traced by gamma scin tigraphy to find the site where the tablets disintegrated and released the drug. RESULTS The disintegration site of the tablets was in the as cending colon,and the disintegration time was between 7 h and 8 h.CON CLUTION The tablets delivered the drug to the colon.
