【摘要】 目的　探讨硫普罗宁对抗精神病药物所致肝损害等不良反应预防和治疗的有效性及安全性。方法　采用随机对照实验方法 ,将适应证患者分为 2组 :实验组 1 4 2例使用抗精神病药物的同时口服硫普罗宁 40 0mg·d- 1 ;对照组 1 4 5例使用抗精神病药物的同时口服安慰剂 ,疗程 8周。结果　两组精神疾病疗效相同 ,实验组肝损害发生率总计为 2 3 .94% ,第 4 ,6 ,8周分别为 6 .34 % ,7.1 0 % ,4.96 % ,恶心呕吐及白细胞降低分别为 2 .1 1 % ,1 .41 % ;对照组肝损害发生率总计为 53 .1 0 % ,第 4 ,6 ,8周分别为 1 5 .49% ,1 7.61 % ,1 2 .68% ,恶心呕吐及白细胞降低分别为 8.2 8% ,6 .2 1 % ;实验组均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5～0 .0 1 )。结论　精神疾病患者在使用抗精神病药物治疗的同时联用硫普罗宁对抗精神病药物所致的肝损害等不良反应的发生有预防和治疗作用 ,且不影响抗精神病药物的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy and safety of tio pronin in preventing and treating hepatic damage induced by antipsychotic drugs. METHODS With a randomed control experiment,the enrolled pati ents were divided into two groups:The experimental group (n=142) was adminis tered antipsychotic drugs in combination with orally tiopronin 400 mg·d -1 .The control group (n=145) was administered antipsychotic drugs and placebo. The course of treatment was 8 weeks.RESULTS The two groups h ad same effect.In the experimental group,the total incidence of hepatic damage w as 23.94%,the incidence of nausea and vomiting and the decrease of WBC were 2.1 1% and 1.41% respectively.In the control group,the total incidence was 53.10%,th e incidence of nausea and vomiting and the decrease of WBC were 8.28% and 6.21% respectively.The rates were all lower at all aspects in the experimental group t han in the control group (P<0.05～0.01).CONCLUSION A dministration of antipsychotic drugs in combination with tiopronin have preventi ng and treating action on hepatic damage developed by antipsychotic drugs and di dn’t affect the curative effect of antipsychotic drugs.更多还原
