油菜芥酸硫甙定量速测仪研制及应用

【摘要】 基于硫代葡萄糖甙与特异外源酶和显色剂反应生成有色产物与菜籽硫甙含量的关系以及芥酸形成浊度与芥酸含量的相关关系,研制了NYDL-2000油菜芥酸硫甙定量速测仪,芥酸测量范围0.5%~8.0%,硫甙测量范围10.0~60.0μmol/g。芥酸和硫甙的速测结果误差分别为±0.5%和±4.0μmol/g,符合国家标准和国际标准。在农技推广及粮油生产基点现场应用结果表明,具有测定快速、操作简单、测试费用低等特点。

【Abstract】 This paper reports development and application of NYDL-2000 alliance for fast determination of erucic acid and total glucosinolates in rapeseed. Based on exterior enzymatic hydrolysis of glucosinolates and turbidimetry of erucic acid, an alliance instrument characterized by small sized, portable, accurate and fast analysis for both erucic acid and total glucosinolates concentration was developed. The detecting scope for erucic acid was from 0.5% to 8.0% with standard error ±0.5%.And detecting scope for glucosinolates was from 10.0 to 60.0μmol/g with standard error ±4.0μmol/g. Comparison of the results by NYDL-2000 alliance and the standard methods with GC and HPLC showed good correlation. NYDL-2000 alliance was spread and used in double-low rapeseed production area in Hubei, Hunan, Henan, Sichuan, Jiangsu and Jiangxi provinces from 2001 to 2002. It is expected to be a new fast and efficient method for double-low rapeseed quality testing in China.
