白菜型油菜角果多室性状的遗传及解剖学研究

【摘要】 以白菜型多室油菜为材料 ,与 3个不同来源的两室品种杂交 ,研究角果多室性状的遗传 ,并对多室油菜的子房发育进行了解剖学研究。结果表明 ,白菜型油菜角果多室性状受 1对隐性基因 (mcmc)控制。不同发育时期的雌蕊子房横切切片观察发现 ,大部分多室油菜的子房在发育过程中形成三室、四室 ,部分子房发育为两室 ,表现嵌合现象。可能多室油菜在子房发育和角果形成过程中受环境因素的影响 ,致使假隔膜未能完全形成或中途退化。

【Abstract】 Genetic studies were conducted on the multicapsular trait in Brassica campestrisL. through crosses between the multicapsular rapa and 3 bicapsular cultivars. Anatomic structure was studied by ovule tissue slices in different developmental stages. The results showed that the multicapsular trait was controlled by one pair of recessive genes. Through the observation of pistil ovule crosscut slices, most multicapsular ovules developed into tricapsular or tetracapsular; but some ovules developed into bicapsular (normal capsular), thus resulting in the chimeric phenomenon. The reasons might lie in that multicapsular rapa was sensitive to environmental factors during the ovule development and pod formation, therefore, the pseudo-septum in the ovule were not normally formed or degenerated.
