白肋烟TN86晾制期可溶性蛋白质、总游离氨基酸、PRO、MDA含量动态初探
Primary study on content changes of soluble protein,total free amino acid,PRO,MDA in TN86 during air-curing stage
【摘要】 TN86晾制期可溶性蛋白质和总游离氨基酸的含量是随叶位升高而增加、随晾制进程而变动的单峰曲线,且彼此相关联,峰期在3d或4d,下、中、上各叶位降幅最大的时间分别在6~9、9~12、15~18d;脯氨酸(PRO)的含量虽然也随晾制进程而变动,随叶位升高而增加,但叶位间的差距大,是峰值高、峰域较宽的单峰曲线,这与其生理作用有关,丙二醛(MDA)的含量随叶位升高而增加、随晾制进程而下降。晾制21d后总游离氨基酸含量1.5%~2.4%,属优质白肋烟最适范围。
【Abstract】 With leaf position on the stalk going up,the contents of soluble protein and total free amino acids of TN86leaf in the air-curing stage will increase,and are related each other.The peak stage are in3d or4d.The longest time of lower,cutters,upper descent scope are in6-9,9-12,15-18d respectively.The content of PRO will change as air-curing goes on,and increase as leaf location hoist,but the disparity between stalk position is big,which is higher-peak value and broader-peak scope unimodal curve which are related with physiological effects.The content of MDA increases as leaf position goes up,and decreases as air-curing goes on.The content of total free amino acid is1.5%-2.4%after air-curing,which belongs to quality burley tobacco scope.
