【摘要】 烟熏型烟叶烘烤剂1号(HKJ1#)是根据食品加工中的烟熏技术原理和中草药对组织代谢的影响、对酶活性的抑制作用原理,优选黄连、陈皮、杜仲等15种中草药科学配伍研制而成。其主要作用物质为二氧化碳和己醛、异丙醇等18种醛类和醇类物质;2001～2003年多地联合对比试验和示范表明,使用烟叶烘烤剂1号,可较明显地改善烟叶等级结构,上等烟平均比对照提高12.51个百分点,桔黄烟平均增加22.03个百分点,原烟均价平均提高1.19元/kg。同等级(C3F)比较,烟叶外观质量和内在品质比对照有一定提高。安全性检测评价证明,属无毒级产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Curing Preparation No.1(HKJ1#)has been developed from scientific prescription of15Chinese herbs including goldthread root,dried orange peel and eucommia based on the smoking technique in food processing and the effect of Chinese herbs on metabolism and enzyme activity.The main function substances are18aldehydes and alcohols including carbon dioxide,hexanal and isopropanol.The results of comparison experiments and demonstrations conducted in multiple locations in2001-2003showed that HKJ1#could obviously improve tobacco leaf structure and increase the percentage of high class leaf,the percentage of orange leaf and the average price of raw tobacco by12.51,22.03and1.19yuan/kg respec-tively.The apparent and inherent quality of C3F leaves cured by HKJ1#was better than the control.Safe-ty test indicated that the use of HKJ1#was safe.更多还原
