转基因SOD高表达烟草杂交F1代的SOD和POD研究初报
POD and SOD in F1 of the transgenic tobacco with overexpressed SOD
【摘要】 以转基因Fe-SOD、Mn-SOD高表达烟草和非转基因烟草品系为亲本进行正、反交,得到6个组合的F1代。对杂交后代7叶龄烟苗的研究表明,Mn-SOD高表达烟草×非转基因烟草后代的SOD、POD活性均明显高于其它杂交后代,其中SOD活性高出36.00%~66.42%,POD活性高出8.01%~85.27%。6个杂交组合均有3条SOD同工酶带,类型为Cu,Zn-SOD(迁移率为0.02)、Fe-SOD(迁移率为0.042)和Mn-SOD(迁移率为0.319),具有7条POD同工酶带。杂交组合间SOD和POD同工酶不存在明显差异。
【Abstract】 The transgenic tobacco lines with overexpressed Mn-superoxide dismutase(Mn-SOD)or Fe-SOD in chloroplasts and the non-transgenic isogenic line were crossed to get hybrids(F 1 ).The activities and isoenzymes of SOD and POD in the F 1 hybrids(six combinations)were identified at7-leaf age by sampling the middle leaf with the following results.F 1 of overexpressed Mn-SOD and non-transgenic lines had the highest SOD and POD activities,which was increased36.00%~66.42%and8.01%~85.27%respectively.All the six combinations had three SOD and seven POD isoenzyme bands.SOD isoenzymes included Cu,Zn-SOD(Rf=0.02),Fe-SOD(Rf=0.042)and Mn-SOD(Rf=0.319).The isoenzymes of SOD and POD showed no obvious differences among cross combinations.
