【Abstract】 Electronic case records are now used in some hospitals in China, the issue of origin of electronic case records became a problem. In order to fully understand and solve this problem, while the advantages and disadvantages of electronic case records are discussed, the article points out the difficulty for the recognition of the origin of electronic case records and its standards, and base on it, it also puts forwards 6 technical measures to guarantee the origin of electronic case records.更多还原
