【摘要】 目的:分析比较医患对医疗工作认识的态度差异,为改善医患关系提供对策依据。方法:自行设计调查问卷,比较医患之间对医疗工作的态度;对医疗风险的态度及认识的主要来源。结果:医患之间对医疗工作认识存在显著性差异,其中医务人员的负性态度比较明显。结论:应当关注医患之间的这种态度差异,改变态度将有助于改善医患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to compare different attitude in hospital job of medical persons and patients. Methods: investigation tables were designed, including general attitude; understanding of medical risk ; origin of understanding. 1718 cases of patients and 425 cases of medical persons were filled with them. Results: There was significant difference in attitude between medical persons and patients. Medical persons had lots of negative attitude for medical job. Conclusions: We should pay more attention to the different attitude in them. Improving understand can benefit for doctor- patient relationship.更多还原
