【摘要】 国有大中型企业办医院是计划经济的产物。企业医院是全社会卫生资源的重要组成部分。企业医院社会化实质上是管理体制、运行机制适应市场经济变化的过程,是医疗资源的调整、重组与优化的过程。企业是实施社会化和将企业医院分离的主体,应尊重企业的意志与选择。文章提出了从企业意愿出发等多种分离的方式与形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hospital managed by state - owned enterprise which was large - middle type was a products of planning economics. It was an important part of health resources of the whole society. The sepsaration of the enterprise - hospital was substantilaay a procedure which was for the management system and running - mechanism to fit in with the change of the market economics and a procedure which aws for adjustment, restructure and optimization. The enterprise was a principal part by which ias separated. The selection of the enterprises would be respected.
