【摘要】 了解农村农民使用解热镇痛抗炎药的情况。采用访问农村卫生所和到农户家面谈方式,随机调查了辽西2个乡镇,1808人,对其用药情况进行调查分析。使用解热镇痛抗炎药,随年龄增加而上升;不同年龄使用解热镇痛抗炎药效果不同;有产生药物依赖人群和药物滥用现象;药品来源方便。应防止解热镇痛抗炎药的流失和滥用。重点是加强农村基层卫生所、药店的药物管理及使用安全性教育,在农村普及非处方药的用药常识,降低用药频率及用药量,减少不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the using situation of antipyretics - analgesic and anti - inflammatory drugs in rural area, a survey was made in 1808 subjects of two towns in the West of Liaoning Province by questionnaire. The result shown that the population taking this sort of drugs is growing with age, female take higher frequency than male, most of the drugs were prescribed from clinic of town or village and drugstore. It is important to control this sort of drugs and direct reasonable - medication so as to increase the therapeutic effect of drugs and decrease adverse reaction.更多还原
