【Abstract】 To establish a HPLC method for the determination of eugenol in Ershiwei Roudoukou Pills, the ODS column was used with methanol-water (58∶42) as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 280nm. The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.1～16μg, correlation coefficient is 0.9999. The average recovery was 97.9% and the RSD was 1.94%. The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Ershiwei Roudoukou Pills.更多还原
