【摘要】 目的 :探讨平均红细胞体积 (MCV)和红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW)在骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)及其不同亚型中的变化和意义。方法 :用ABBOTTCD 170 0自动血液分析仪检测 6 3例MDS患者和 10 0例健康人的MCV ,RDW值。结果 :MDS患者MCV、RDW增高与健康对照组均有显著性差异 (P〈0 .0 0 1)。MDS不同亚型间两两比较的t检验 :难治性贫血伴环形铁粒幼细胞 (RAS)的MCV较其它亚型有显著差异 (P〈0 .0 0 1) ,RAS和难治性血细胞减少伴多系增生异常的RDW增高程度比难治性贫血和原始细胞增多的难治性贫血明显。结论 :MCV和RDW在伴有明显贫血性疾病MDS及其不同亚型的诊断有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to study the changes and significance of MCV and RDW in myelodysplastic syndrome. Methods: Automatic blood analytical instrument Abbott CD 1700 was used to investigate the MCV,RDW in blood of 63 MDS patients and 100 healthy controls. Results: The MCV and RDW were significantly higher in MDS patients than those in controls(P<0.001). In different types of MDS, the RDW was significantly higher in RAS and RCMD than that in RA and RAEB(P<0.001); there was significant difference in MCV values between RAS and the other types of MDS(P<0.001). Conclusion: The MCV and RDW are important in the diagnosis for MDS associated with distinct anemia disease.更多还原
