【摘要】 目的 :探讨KAI1/CD82基因表达与非小细胞肺癌转移的关系。方法 :S P免疫组化法对 6 1例非小细胞肺癌及相应正常肺组织、2 3例转移灶中KAI1/CD82蛋白的表达进行检测分析。结果 :在正常肺泡上皮、支气管鳞状上皮等有良好表达 ,在癌组织中表达水平明显下降 ,阳性表达率 31.15 % (19/6 1) ,表达减弱 2 4 .5 9% (15 /6 1) ,表达缺失 4 4 .2 6 % (2 7/6 1)。在肿瘤细胞膜上表达分布不均 ,呈粗颗粒状。转移组原发灶KAI1/CD82蛋白的表达水平显著减弱于无转移组 (P =0 .0 0 0 4 ) ,阳性表达率分别占 7.14 % ,5 1.5 2 %。 2 3例转移灶与原发癌表达水平配对比较分析 ,转移灶中KAI1蛋白表达水平有下降趋势 ,二者KAI1/CD82蛋白表达缺失率有显著差异 (P =0 .0 2 30 )。结论 :KAI1/CD82低表达可能与非小细胞肺癌转移有关 ,可作为预测肿瘤转移潜能的标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to investigate the relationship between the product of metastatic suppressor gene KAI1/CD82 and the clinical pathology of primary non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: The S P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of KAI1/CD82 in cancer and normal cells of 61 cases of NSCLC and metastatic tissue in 23 cases. Results: Strong expression was observed in normal alveolar and bronchial squamous epithelium, while expression decreased in cancer cell.The rate of positive expression was 31.15% (19/61), of decreased expression 24.59%(15/61), of no expression 44.26%(27/61). Uneven expression was noted in tumor cell membrane, usually in granular shape. Positive expression rate of primary focus in metastasis group was 7.14%, remarkable lower than that of non metastasis group (51.52%, P=0 0004). There was tendency of decreased expression of KAI1 in metastatic foci of 23 cases, compared with the corresponding primary foci. Significant difference was found between the primary and secondary foci concerning the non expression rate of KAI1/CD82 (P=0 0230). Conclusion:The decreased expression of KAI1/CD82 may be associated with the metastasis of NSCLC, and could be used as a marker for predicting the potential metastasis of cancer.更多还原
