真空冷冻干燥和保存兔角膜内皮细胞活性的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 :观察真空冷冻干燥和保存的兔角膜的内皮细胞活性。方法 :真空冷冻干燥和保存兔角膜后 ,检测内皮细胞密度 ,存活率。结果 :真空冷冻干燥和保存的兔角膜复水后 ,角膜内皮细胞密度为 (2 339± 2 0 5 .73)个 /mm2 ,存活率 78.5 7%。结论 :真空冷冻干燥和保存的兔角膜经过复水后可以保持角膜内皮细胞的活性

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to observe the viability of endothelium cells on rabbital cornea dried and stored with vacuum freezing. Methods:Density of cornea endothelium cells and endothelium survival rate (ESR) were determined. Results:After dried and stored with vacuum freezing,the corneas were postwatered. Density of cornea endothelium cells was(2 339±205.73) cells/mm 2 and endothelium survival rate (ESR) was 78.57%. Conclusion:Postwatered rabbital corneas dried and stored with vacuum freezing could remain viability of endothelium cells.
