【摘要】 目的 :探讨血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平在红皮病发病中的意义。 方法 :应用化学发光法检测 116例成人红皮病患者血清总IgE水平 ,并与 4 2例正常人对照组进行比较。 结果 :成人红皮病患者血清总IgE水平为 (15 88.4 3± 2 6 4 7.0 5 )IU/ml,明显高于正常人对照组的 (47.82± 2 9.6 2 )IU/ml(P <0 .0 0 1) ,其中血清总IgE水平超过正常值上限 (16 5 .3IU/ml)的 81例患者中 4 5例高于 10 0 0IU/ml。结论 :异位性疾病史在红皮病患者中占有一定比例 ,但成人红皮病患者血清总IgE水平升高并非对异位性疾病特异 ,很可能还与某些肿瘤及机体免疫细胞功能缺陷有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to study the pathogenetic significance of total serum immunoglobulin E(IgE) level in adult patients with erythroderma. Methods:The levels of serum IgE were measured with chemiluminescence immunoassay. One hundred and sixteen adult patients with erythroderma and 42 healthy controls were selected in this investigation. Results:The levels of total serum IgE of adult patients with erythroderma were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (P<0.001), 81 patients with erythroderma had higher serum IgE level than healthy controls(>165.3 IU/ml), in which 45 patients had serum IgE level higher than 1000 IU/ml. Conclusion:Erythroderma may be related to an underlying atopic disorder, furthermore, may be related to some tumors and functional defect of immunocyte.更多还原
