TGF-β1在SD鼠颅缝融合中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的 :研究SD鼠不同时间位点的后额缝 (PF缝 )与矢状缝 (Sag缝 )中转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)的表达 ,观察颅缝的融合及生长因子在融合中的作用。方法 :取生后第 1,6 ,12 ,17,2 2 ,35天SD大鼠的PF缝与Sag缝及硬脑膜。常规HE染色及TGF β1免疫组化染色观察。 结果 :SD鼠的PF缝于 12~ 35d融合 ,方向是从颅内侧到颅外侧 ;Sag缝 1~ 35d一直保持开放。TGF β1在PF缝融合过程中呈现高表达 ,而在始终开放的Sag缝中弱表达。结论 :TGF β1对PF缝的融合可能有重要的促进作用

【Abstract】 Objective: This experiment is to study the expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in the rat posterior frontal (PF) suture and sagittal (Sag) suture of the Sprague-Dawley rats (SD rats) at different time points in order to observe the suture fusion and the role of the growth factor. Methods: The PF and Sag suture were collected at different time points: 1,6,12,17,22,35 days after birth (n=60) of SD rats. Routine HE staining and immunohistochemical staining techniques were used. Results: The PF suture fused from 12 to 35 days. However, the Sag suture kept patency all the time. The expression of TGF-β1 during fusion of PF suture was strong, but weak in the patent Sag suture. Conclusion: The TGF-β1 plays an important role in the fusion of PF suture.
