蛋白激酶CK2-β在涎腺腺样囊性癌肺转移中的作用
Function of Protein Kinase CK2-β in Lung Metastasis of Salivary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的 :探讨蛋白激酶CK2 β(PKCK2 β)在涎腺腺样囊性癌 (SACC)肺转移细胞中的表达及其与转移的关系。方法 :利用RT PCR方法进行mRNA表达分析。结果 :在SACC肺转移细胞中 ,随着PKCK2 β被抑制程度的提高 ,nm2 3 H1的表达增加 ,肿瘤转移能力下降。结论 :PKCK2 β的表达与SACC的肺转移呈正相关。
【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to investigate the expression of protein kinase CK2-β (PKCK2-β)in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) of lung metastasis, and the relationship between the expression and the metastasis. Methods: The mRNA expression assay was assessed by using RT-PCR method. Results: In cells of SACC of lung metastasis,tumor metastasis reduced with the suppression of PKCK2-β, and expression of nm23-H1 increased. Conclusion: The expression of PKCK2-β is positively related with lung metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
