【摘要】 目的 :探讨体外循环对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :测定体外循环组与非体外循环组术前、术后第 1天、第 4天、第 7天血中IgA、IgM、IgG以及NK活性、IL - 2、IFN -r的变化。 结果 :体外循环术后上述各指标水平降低 ,降低程度与体外循环时间长短有关。结论 :体外循环降低了机体免疫力 ,体外循环时间越长免疫功能损害越重更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of cardiopulmonary bypass on immune function of organism.Methods:The activity of IgA?IgM?IgG.NK and the changes of IL-2?IFN-r in blood at preoperation and 1?4?7 days postoperation in the CPB group and the control group were detected respectively.Results:The level of these markers postoperation in the CPB group decreased,and the degree of decrease was related to the length of the time of CPB.Conclusions:The CPB could decrease the immune function of organism,the longer time of CPB,the more serious damage of the immune function of organism.更多还原
