【摘要】 目的 :解析两个新化合物的平面结构。方法 :应用硅胶柱层析等分离技术分离化合物 ,根据理化性质及IR ,MS ,NMR等光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 :鉴定两个化合物结构为N 2 (1,3 ,4 三羟基 十八烷基 ) α 羟基 二十五烷酰胺 (Ⅰ ) ,N 2 (1,3 ,4 三羟基 十八烷基 ) α 羟基 二十四烷酰胺 (Ⅱ )。结论 :化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ均为新化合物 ,分别命名为大豆鞘脂A和大豆鞘脂B更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the structures of t wo compounds in the stem of Glycine max Merr. METHOD:By way of spectra as IR,MS and NMR. RESULT:Two compounds were identi fied as:N-2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyl-octadec anel) -α- hydroxyl-pentacosanel-amide(Ⅰ) and N-2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyl -octad ecanel) -α-hydro xyl-tetracosanel-amide(Ⅱ). CONCLUSION: Ⅰ and Ⅱ were new com pounds. They were named respectively as soyasphingosine A and soyasphingosine B.更多还原
