【摘要】 目的 :对国产瑞香科植物瑞香狼毒的化学成分进行研究。方法 :利用色谱的方法系统分离单体成分 ,利用光谱方法鉴定各单体成分的化学结构。结果 :从瑞香狼毒的根中分离得到多个木脂素类化合物 ,其中4个化合物经理化和光谱分析方法分别鉴定为 :拉帕酚F (LappaolF ,1)、ClemastaninB (2 )、牛蒡甙 (Arctiin ,3) ,罗汉松树脂酚 (Matairesinol,4 )。结论 :化合物 1,2和 3为首次从该植物中分得。本文报道这些化合物的结构鉴定并对文献报道的化合物 1的碳谱数据归属作了修正。更多还原

【Abstract】 To isolate and identify chemical constituents of St el lera chamaejasme . Some chromatographic methods had been applied to iso late compound s, whose structures had been identified by using chemical and spectroscopic meth ods. Several compounds were isolated and four of them have been determi ned as Lappol F(1), Clemastanin B(2), Arctiin (3), Matairesinol (4)Compound 1 3 are isolated for the first time from this plant.更多还原
