五种贝母甾体生物碱对豚鼠离体气管条M受体的拮抗作用
Antimuscarinic Function of Five Fritillaria Alkaloids on Guinea Pig Tracheal Strips
【摘要】 目的 :研究中药贝母的有效成分贝母甲素、贝母乙素、西贝素、西贝素苷和蒲贝酮碱五种甾体生物碱的平喘机制———对气管M受体的拮抗作用。方法 :制备离体豚鼠气管螺旋条 ,用非选择性M受体激动剂卡巴胆碱引起气管条收缩 ,观察上述五种贝母生物碱的拮抗作用。结果 :预试表明几种贝母生物碱 ,均使卡巴胆碱引起气管条收缩的量效曲线右移。经Schild方法计算 ,五种贝母甾体生物碱的pA2 值分别为 6 91,6 73 ,7 18,7 0 3和 6 5 2。
【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the antiasthma mechanism of five fritillariae alkaloids, named as vertinine, verticinone, imperialine, imperialine 3 β D glucoside and puqietinone. METHOD:Observe the antimuscarinic effects of the five alkaloids on the carbachol precontracted guinea pig tracheal strips in vitro , and calculate their pA 2 values. RESULT:All of the five alkaloids can shift right the concentration response curves of carbachol. Using the Schild procedure, the pA 2 values of the five alkaloids are 6 91, 6 73, 7 18, 7 03 and 6 52, respectively.
