急咳停颗粒中挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究 β 环糊精包合急咳停颗粒中挥发油的最佳工艺 ,提高产品的质量。 方法 :正交实验法 ,考察挥发油利用率、包合物得率 2个指标 ;采用差示扫描量热法 (DSC)验证包合物。结果 :优选出包合工艺为 :挥发油∶β 环糊精 (β CD)为 1∶10 ,β CD∶水为 1∶12 ,包合温度 40℃ ,包合时间 3h ,挥发油利用率为 90 % ,包合物得率为 86 5 %。结论 :此工艺使液态变固体 ,减少挥发油的挥发 ,便于制粒并适合大生产。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oils from Jiketing Granula. METHOD:The study was carried out using orthogonal design. The process conditions were studied by determining the utilization ratio of volatile oils and yield of inclusion compound. The inclusion compound was identified by thermograms of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). RESULT: The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows: volatile oils∶β CD was 1∶10,and β CD∶water was 1∶12. The inclusion temperature and time were at 40 ℃ and 3 h. The utilization ratio of volatile oils is 90%,and the yield of inclusion compound is 86 5%.CONCLUSION:The method could transform liquid into the solid in order to decrease the volatilization of the volatile oils so that it could easily to prepare and could be used for producting β CD on a large scale.
