氯化铵合剂沉淀原因分析及含量测定方法比较

【摘要】 目的 :探讨氯化铵合剂产生沉淀的原因 ,并比较不同的含量测定方法。方法 :测定加入不同量氨溶液后成品的pH值 ;测定成品上清液及沉淀中的甘草酸含量 ;用不同方法测定同一样品的氯化铵含量。结果与结论 :由于形成缓冲对和盐析作用 ,增加氨溶液加入量并不能明显改变成品 pH值及减少沉淀产生 ;产生沉淀后制剂上清液中的甘草酸含量不低于规定的限度。《中国医院制剂规范》规定的氯化铵含量测定方法最为准确

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the causes of precipitation of ammonium chloride mixture and to compare the different methods for determining the contents.METHODS:The pH of preparation was determined after adding different amount of ammonia solution and the contents of glycyrrhizic acid in supernate and sedment of the preparation were defermined.The content of ammonium chloride in one sample was determined with different methods.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Adding ammonia solution could not obviously change the pH value and reduce the precipitation because of the buffering and salting actions.In case of precipitation,the content of glycyrrhizic acid was still up to standard.The method in Chinese Hospital Preparation Standard is most accurate.
