【摘要】 目的 :研制阿魏酸 -羟丙基 -β-环糊精包合物 ,以增加其水溶性。方法 :采用研磨法制备阿魏酸 -羟丙基 -β-环糊精包合物。结果 :经紫外、红外、薄层色谱及相溶解度图法对包合物进行鉴定 ,表明阿魏酸 -羟丙基 -β-环糊精确已形成包合物 ,且包合物克分子比为1∶1。结论 :阿魏酸与羟丙基 -β-环糊精形成包合物后 ,其溶解度明显增大更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To prepare ferulic acid(FA)-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin clathrate compound(HP-β-CD)in order to enhance its aqueous solubility.METHODS:Grinding method was used in preparing the above comˉpound.RESULTS:Formation of the compound was identified by UV,IR,TLC and phase solubility diagram method,and the molecular ratio of FA to HP-β-CD in the compound was1∶1.CONCLUSION:The aqueous solubility of FA was significantly increased after formation of clathrate compound.更多还原
