【摘要】 目的:建立测定降脂益肝胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(73:27),检测波长为270nm,流速为1ml/min。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A的线性范围为0.0 816～0.4 080μg/ml,r=0.9 999;加样平均回收率为99.12％(RSD=140);日内精密度为1.32％。结论:本方法具有简便、准确、灵敏且重现性好的特点,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Jiangzhiyigan capsules byHPLC. METHODS: Hypersil C₁₈（4.6mm×250mm, 5μm） was used as analysis column. The mobile phase was methanol -- water（73:27） .Detection wavelength was 270nm .The flow rate was 1ml/min .RESULTS: The calibration curves was linear in theconcentration range of 0.0 816～0.4 080μg/ml, r=0.9 999 .The average recovery was 99.12% （RSD=1.40）, within -- dayRSD was 1.32% .CONCLUSION: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and repeatable and it is suitable for the qualitycontrol of the Jiangzhiyigan capsules.更多还原
