【摘要】 目的 :评价应用刺五加与血栓通治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及成本 -效果。方法 :运用药物经济学成本 -效果分析方法 ,对刺五加与血栓通治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及成本进行比较、分析。结果 :刺五加与血栓通治疗急性脑梗塞总有效率基本相同 ,分别为93 50%、87 10 % (P>0 05) ;成本 -效果比分别为5 20、2 76。结论 :刺五加与血栓通均能有效治疗急性脑梗塞 ,但血栓通成本 -效果比优于刺五加。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic effects and the costs between wilsoni and Xueshuantong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:Using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,wilsoni was compared with Xueshuantong in treatment of162patients with acute cerebral infarctions.RESULTS:The effective rates of wilsoni and Xueshuantong were93.5%and87.10%respectively(P>0.05),the cost-effectiveness ratios were5.20and2.76respectiveˉly.CONCLUSION:Both of wilsoni and Xueshuantong can effectively treat acute cerebral infarction,the cost-effectiveness ratio of Xueshuantong is superior to that of wilsoni.更多还原
