【摘要】 目的 :为完善我国药品流通领域法律法规提供参考。方法 :对药品流通领域的药品生产企业、普通商业企业、药品批发企业、药品零售企业和药品零售连锁企业适用的现行法律法规进行分类、汇总和分析。结果与结论 :我们应完善现行的法律法规 ,形成适用于药品流通领域各个行业的较为成熟的药品流通法律体系。此外 ,还应增订有关跨地域连锁经营、连锁加盟和企业兼并、联合、合作及药品电子商务等方面的法律法规。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide suggestions for perfecting the laws and rules of drug circulation in China.METHODS:To collect,classify and analyze the current laws and rules for drug manufacturing enterprices,common merchandising concerns,drug wholesale enterprises,drugs retail enterprises and pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in the field of drug circulaˉtion.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:We should perfect the current laws and rules,and form the system of law for circulation of drugs applicable for each trade in the field of drug circulation,on the other hand,we should add the rules for chain trans-management,chain affiliation,merger,association,cooperation,drug electronic commerce etc.更多还原
