【摘要】 目的 :制备润肺止嗽胶囊 ,建立其质控方法并验证临床疗效。方法 :以水提醇沉工艺制备 ,挥发油用 β-环糊精包合 ,用薄层鉴别总黄酮的含量及其质量控制 ,并用对照法验证疗效。结果 :本品中总黄酮的含量不低于10mg/粒 ;临床有效率 (91 74 % )与汤剂 (96 61 % )相似 (P>0 05)。结论 :本品质量可控 ,疗效确切 ,应用安全更多还原
