高效液相色谱法测定血浆中阿魏酸钠含量
Determination of the Level of Sodium Ferulate in Plasma by HPLC
【摘要】 目的 :建立一种测定血浆中阿魏酸钠浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法 :以C18 为色谱柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (250∶250∶0 2)为流动相 ,检测波长为254nm。结果 :血浆中阿魏酸钠浓度在1 2~24μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 ,回归方程为 :Y=4 6749×10-5X +0 03628(r=0 9993) ,平均回收率为 (98 8±0 6) % ,高、中、低3种浓度日内、日间精密度小于10 %。结论 :本方法灵敏、准确 ,可对血浆中阿魏酸钠进行测定。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method was established for determination of the level of sodium ferulate in plasma.ME_THODS:A C18 radial compression column was used with a mobile phase of CH3OH∶H2O∶H3PO4(250∶250∶0.2).The detecing wavelength was 254nm.RESULTS:The linear range was 1.2~24μg/ml(r=0.9 993).The average recovery was(98.8±0.6)%.The RSDs of within-day and between-day were less than 10%.CONCLUSION:This method provides an accurate and sensitive way in detecting plasma concentration of sodium ferulate.
