【摘要】 目的　了解农村精神分裂症患者病情及照料者的社会支持对照料者生活质量和家庭负担的影响。方法　采用精神卫生调查表、SDSS、BPRS量表评定 10 8例精神分裂症患者 ,以SSRS、WHOQOL BREF、FIS量表评定患者照料者 ,运用典型相关法分析两组变量的关系。结果　照料者的生活存量和家庭负担除受自身的能力和社会支持的影响 ,主要受患者社会功能缺陷程度的影响。结论　农村社区精神分裂症病人的职业和工作、婚姻、父母职能缺陷和退缩、衰退性症状对照料者及家庭负担具有重要影响作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlative relationship among the schizophrenic patient’s conditions , support degree of society on carers of patients and the quality of life, family burden of carers. Methods 108 schizophrenic patients were valuated with Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS).The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and the patients’ carer were valuated with Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS), WHOQOL-BREF, Family Interview Schedule(FIS), and the data was analyzed by canonical correlation. Results Life Quality and family burden of the schizophrenic patients’ carers were influenced mainly by the degree of social disability of patients. Concluions The patients’ conditions , including the jobs, marriage state , social disability are the main influencing factors on the life quality and family burden of patient carers in rural area.更多还原
