小鼠自然衰老模型的评价

【摘要】 目的 对小鼠自然衰老模型进行应激、智力及免疫方面的评价。方法 取 15月龄和 2 5日龄健康昆明种小鼠 ,分为青年组和老年组 ,测定其抗应激作用、智力方面及免疫功能的指标 ,并进行比较。结果 小鼠自然衰老模型的抗疲劳能力和常压耐缺氧能力极显著低于青年对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1) ,Y迷宫智力测验及跳台智力测验的错误反应率均显著高于青年对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1) ,T淋巴细胞转化率和溶血素的水平均显著低于青年对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 机体自然衰老后 ,抗应激能力低下 ,免疫功能降低 ,学习记忆衰退。

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the resistance various stress, the intelligence and the immunity function in the normal aged mice model. Methods 15 month-old and 25 day-old of Kunming species mice were divided into the young group and the old group. We detected and compared the resistance against various stress, the intelligence and the immunity . Results We compared the normal aged mice with the young mice. In the normal aged mice model, the resistance abilities to fatigue and the normal hypoxia tolerance were decreased significantly ( P <0.01, P <0.01). The wrong reactive rates of "Y" Maze and Step Down Test were on increase significantly ( P <0.01, P <0.01). T lymphocyte transforming ability and the titre of anti-SRBC antiboby were decreased significantly ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion While the body aged naturally, the abilities of resistance various stress, immunity and memorize were decreased.
