【摘要】 目的　了解海岛中学生的心理健康状况及其相关因素。方法　随机分层整群抽取海岛城镇 2 2 43名中学生 ,采用自制的一般情况问卷、90项症状清单及艾森克人格问卷进行测试 ,用SPSS软件包进行统计分析。结果　海岛城镇中学生中的非独生子女比独生子女、高中生比初中生、女生比男生、家庭居住在渔农村比居住在城镇的中学生心理健康水平要低。他们的心理障碍的发生率和SCL 90各项因子分与国内大陆某些地区的报道有所不同 ,本文中学生的个性特征与SCL 90各项因子分的相关分析表明海岛城镇中学生的心理健康状况与性格的内外倾向、掩饰作用呈负相关 ,与心理变态倾向、情绪稳定性呈正相关。本文男女生的心理障碍的发生率为 16%～ 47% ,以强迫症状为最显著。结论　海岛中学生心理障碍的发生率较高 ,并且与大陆其它地区中学生心理健康状况有所不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To understand the status of the psychological health of middle school students in the island towns and the related factors. Methods The tests were carried out by taking the stratified whole samples at random of 2243 middle school students in island town. The tests were taken by adopting a questionnaire for general information made on our own, a symptom complex list of 90 items (SCL 90) and a Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). The statistics were analyzed with the package for social science (SPSS). Results Among the middle school students, the psychological health level of the non only child students is lower than that of the only child students in middle schools, that of the senior middle school students is lower than that of the junior middle school students, that of the girl students is lower than that of the boy students, and that of the middle school students living in fishing villages is lower than that of the students living in towns. The occurrence of their psychological disorders and SCL 90 factors are different from the reports published in some areas of the mainland in our country. The character features of the middle school students and the relevant analyses of SCL 90 factors indicate that the relevance of the psychological health status of middle school students in island towns to the tendencies of their character introversion and extraversion, and the masking effect are negative. The relevance of the psychological health status of the students to the psychological abnormality and the emotional stability are positive. Here the occurrence of the psychological disorders of the students is 16%～47% with the most notable symptom of obsession. Conclusion The occurrence of psychological disorders of the middle school students in island town is higher and this is not the same as the psychological health status of the middle school students in other areas of the mainland.更多还原
