【摘要】 目的　观察儿童白内障术中前房植入地塞米松缓释胶囊思诺迪清的疗效。方法　 1 0例 1 5眼儿童白内障术中前房植入思诺迪清 ,观察术后视力及并发症。结果　 3例能合作者术后矫正视力0 4～ 0 6;术后除 1例人工晶体表面少量渗出外 ,其余前房反应极轻。结论　儿童白内障术中前房植入思诺迪清能明显地减轻前房炎症反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effection of surodex in anterial chamber during the surgeries of cataract in children. Methods Surodex was put in antrerial chamber during sergeries in 10 children (15 eyes) with cataract, visual acuity and complication were observed postoperatively. Results Visual acuity was 0 4～0 6 and reaction in anteral chamber was mild postoperatively. A little bit exudation was observed in the surface of IOL in one case. Conclusion It can obviously reduce the reaction of anterial chamber to put surdex in anterial chamber during the surgies of cataract in children.更多还原
