神经网络在儿童斜视手术中的应用
Children′s strabismus operation basing on neural network
【摘要】 目的 利用神经网络的特点 ,尝试将其应用于儿童斜视手术 ,提高手术成功率。方法 用训练好的软件指导儿童斜视的手术量设计。结果 用该软件设计的斜视手术量为 5 6例共同性内斜视患者进行手术 ,术后正位率 (≤± 1 0 △)为 92 9%。结论 运用神经网络技术指导斜视手术是一种科学的、有益的探索 ,有助于手术医生积累经验 ,提高手术成功率。
【Abstract】 Children′s strabismus operation basing on neural network. Wu Xi-xi, Xiang Yu, Dong Ta-jian. Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Liuzhou 545001 Objective Based on the feature of neural network, in this paper we try to set up a software to help doctor to design the children′s strabismus operation for increasing the rate of mesoropter. Method Using the trained software to guide operation design in children′s strabismus operation. Result 56 cases children′s concomitant esotropia were operated according to the software′s design. The rate of mesoropter(≤±10 △) is 92.9%. Conclusions The software is scientific and effective in children′s concomitant esotropia operation design. It might be helpful for increasing the rate of mesoropter.
