鸡马立克氏病胚胎免疫的研究
The expreiments of embryo vaccination against marek’s disease of chicks
【摘要】 用MD京CV1988/Rispens冷冻疫苗对孵化至 18日龄的鸡胚进行免疫接种 ,试验结果表明 :胚胎免疫不影响孵化率 ,对鸡的生长发育也无影响 ,与 1日龄免疫的雏鸡比较 ,可明显提高对MD强毒攻击的抵抗力。
【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out using CVI1988/Rispens vaccine to Vaccinate 18 days chicken embryos.The overall results indicted that,as comparing with 1 day old chick vaccination,there were no side effection hatchability and has no adverse action on growth rate of young chicks hatched from vaccinate embryos.The resistance against virulent MDV of the tested birds was promoted significantly.
