【摘要】 本试验用AI标准阳性分型血清对我国马流感病毒A/马 /青海 / 1/ 94进行了血凝素 (H)和神经氨酸酶 (N)的鉴定 ,并与马流感病毒吉林株、黑龙江株、北京株及国际标准株A/equine/Miami/ 2 / 6 3进行了对比 ,结果显示 ,1994年在我国青海省暴发的马流感病毒的亚型为H3N8;以反转录_聚合酶链式反应 (RT_PCR)扩增该株的血凝素基因 ,并克隆到pGEM_Teasy载体上 ,采用双脱氧末端终止法测定该cDNA片段共 1738个核苷酸序列 ,并推导出其编码的 5 6 5个氨基酸的序列。利用Genbankblast和基因进化树分析软件分析各毒株之间的亲缘关系 ,发现A/马 /青海 / 1/ 94与 1992年香港马流感分离株存在较近的亲缘关系更多还原

【Abstract】 The subtype of a equine influenza virus strain isolated from west China,A/Equine/QingHai/1/94,was determined by using the standard sera of avian influenza virus and was compared with the subtypes of A/Equine/JiLin/2/89,A/Equine/HeiLongjiang/2/89,A/Equine/BeiJing/1/74,as well as the international standard strain,A/Equine/Maimi/2/63.The result showed that the subtype of the A/Equine/QingHai/1/94 was H 3N 8.The hemagglutinins gene was amplifed by RT_PCR and cloned into pGEM_T easy vetor.A total 1738 base pairs of hemagglutinins gene were sequenced and analysed by computer software.The results of blast and phyligenetic tree analysis showed that the HA gene of A/Equine/Qinghai/1/94/was very near to A/Equine/HongKong/1/92.This date indicates that the epidemic of equine influenza in Qinghai province in 1994 has a close relationship with the avian influenza outbreak in HongKong in 1992.更多还原
