B型副鸡嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定

【摘要】从辽宁某公司鸡场疑似鸡传染性鼻炎的病鸡眶下窦分离到一株副鸡嗜血杆菌 ,用Page程序和Kume程序对其进行血清型鉴定 ,确认为B型副鸡嗜血杆菌 ,这是首次在我国分离到B型副鸡嗜血杆菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 A isolate were obtained from a chicken farm where happened infectious coryza in Dalian.The isolate were examined with common methods including artifical infection chickens,and Hpg-PCR.Results showed that the isolate is Hpg.The isolate were examined also with both schemes of Page and Kume,the isolate is serovar B.In this paper,we present the result of the isolate.更多还原
