【摘要】 为了解石家庄市各级医疗机构消毒工作质量,以便采取相应的改进措施,对医院使用中的消毒液及消毒物品进行了采样检测。结果,使用中消毒液细菌总数超标率为5.07％,物体表面细菌总数超标率为23.24％～9.88％,医疗器械表面细菌总数超标率为20.61～12.09％,物体和器械表面HBsAg阳性率为2.35％。调查结果说明应进一步加强对各级医疗机构消毒工作的监督管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Shijiazhuang City so that necessary improving measures can be taken, samples of disinfectant solution in use and disinfected arti-cles were taken and examined. The results showed that the rate of exceeding allowable level of total bacterial count in in-use disinfectant solution and on surfaces of objects and medical instruments were 5.07%, 23.24 - 9.88% and 20.61%- 12.09% respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg on surfaces of objects and medical instruments was 2.35%. These results indicate that the administration of disinfection work in medical institu-tions should be strengthened.更多还原
