【摘要】 为了寻找对无菌间空气快速简便的消毒方法,比较了“A法(水擦+紫外线)、B法(含氯消毒剂擦+紫外线)、C法(含氯消毒剂擦+含氯消毒剂喷雾)等三种方法的消毒效果。结果,A、B、C三种方法均可使无菌间空气中自然菌下降达到合格要求,但C方法最好。结论为,用C方法对无菌间空气进行消毒,简便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore a simple and rapid method for air disinfection of isolate room, comparison of disinfecting efficacy of three methods, namely A: wiping ground and surfaces with water and ultraviolet irradiation, B: wiping ground and surfaces with disinfectant containing chlorine and ultraviolet irradiation, C: wiping ground and surfaces with disinfectant containing chlorine and spraying disinfectant containing chlorine. The result showed that all the three methods could decrease natural bacteria in isolate room air to up to standard, and the method C is the best one. The result indicates that method C is a simple method for air disinfection of isolate room.更多还原
